Woods Bail Bonds can help determine whether your loved one is being held at the Madison County Jail or another nearby facility. Confirming the correct jail location is an important first step before starting the bail bond process.
Once bond information is available, our agents can explain the bond amount, the type of bond, and how the current 8% bail bond offer may apply. The standard bail bond fee is 10% of the total bond amount (e.g., $1,000 bond x 10% = $100 bail bond fee).
Bail bond paperwork can feel unfamiliar if this is your first time handling it. Woods Bail Bonds explains what information is needed, how to fill out the application, what responsibilities come with the bond, and what to expect once the process begins. Notary services are also available when needed.
After the required paperwork is complete, Woods Bail Bonds works with the appropriate jail and court officials to help move the release process forward as efficiently as possible. We handle the submission of all necessary documents to ensure that every step is completed correctly and without delay.
After release, the defendant must attend all required court dates and follow any conditions ordered by the court. Failing to appear in court can lead to the forfeiture of the bail bond and the issuance of a new warrant for arrest. Staying organized after release helps prevent additional problems later.

Good guy. Doesn't judge anyone. Does his best to make his clients feel comfortable, and understands that people make mistakes; and for that he's got my respect...
I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and I had a loved one incarcerated up in Noblesville, Indiana. I could not get up there to bond the out because I had no vehicle. As I talked to the bondsman he said we could do it as a DocuSign since I was unable to get up there. I paid their bond that way and then I received a call from the bondsman later on. He told he when he told them who bonded them out, they started to cry. They never thought I would have ever bonded them out the way they treated me this past 1 ½ years. This bondsman was so quick I would recommend him to anyone who is in jail with any kind of bond/bail.
I have known Woody as well as his wife Teresa and son Nick for years,Awesome family!!! Best bonding company ever!!!! Always there when you need them. They work fast and efficiently. Anytime I need a bond done they are who I call. If I could give more than 5 stars I would:):)
When I called, they were so patient & friendly. Extremely helpful giving me info on the 2 separate bonds & letting me know exactly what I needed to do! I did decide to use them & I couldn't have asked for any better. It was a Sunday so I didn't know how it worked with the 2 different kinds of bonds but he walked me through the entire process, genuinely interested in you like a family friend, & he walked with me to the clerks office for the other bond but sat with me for some time until I felt comfortable & didn't have questions, as well as wished us well. More like a friend than a business man! I worked with the son (forgot name as this was months ago) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
She was very helpful and help me understand my sister in laws charges.... Thank you so much and i would recommend them for everyone...(she was out in 6 hours)
The lady was so polite and helpful. She answered all my questions and a few I didn't think of. They are very reasonably priced, cheaper than most of the bail bondsman
Called to get bond information and Terrisa Woods answered. I couldn’t be more pleased with her attitude and how helpful she is. Very polite lady and was actually surprised to see such a nice person this late at night. If need be would definetly use Woods again in the future and or recommend to friends and family.
